  The Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) requires that all persons who are employed by a licensee of the OLCC (Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, Pizza Parlors, Deli's, Wineries, etc.) and who participate in any way in the mixing, sale or service of alcohol for consumption on a licensed premises (including at stores that refill "growlers") possess a servers permit. This means Servers, Bartenders, Managers, and others who handle alcohol and work in the service industry must complete a State approved Alcohol Servers Education Class and posses an Alcohol Server Permit. "Oregon North West" provides these OLCC Approved Alcohol Server Education Classes in the Portland/Metro area, and throughout North West Oregon.
